MADISON ARTS EXCHANGE  is located in the big red house in Rochelle, Virginia in Madison County, on Route 29.  We are just north of Charlottesville and 2 miles south of Plow & Hearth.  MAD Arts is home to local and regional artists, writers, musicians and growers/producers from Madison County, Greene County, Culpeper County, Albermarle County and beyond....but primarily Madison County.  Local Baby!!
